Founder & CEO
Her deep passion for wildlife conservation drives the organization's mission. With a background in nonprofit leadership and a personal commitment to preserving Africa’s endangered species, Amy has dedicated herself to supporting and empowering conservation projects across the continent. Her vision for Scales is rooted in collaboration and sustainability, ensuring that every effort made has a lasting, positive impact. Under her leadership, Scales continues to grow, fostering partnerships that work toward a brighter future for wildlife and the communities that depend on them.
Callum Perry
Director
Callum brings a wealth of expertise and a shared passion for wildlife conservation to the organization. With a background in both environmental science and eco-tourism, Callum plays a key role in guiding the strategic direction of the fund. His dedication to conservation is evident in his hands-on approach to project oversight and his commitment to building strong partnerships. With extensive experience, Warren ensures that our initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently in the field. His leadership is crucial in supporting the various conservation projects we partner with, making sure they receive the resources and guidance needed to succeed. Warren’s hands-on approach and deep commitment to wildlife conservation make him an invaluable part of the Scales team, working tirelessly to protect Africa’s endangered species and natural habitats.

Turning a Shared Passion for Wildlife in to Action
Scales Conservation Fund was born from a shared commitment to wildlife conservation, guided by principles of transparency, integrity, and ethical practices. Originally from the UK and Australia, each found our way to South Africa, drawn by a profound love for wildlife and the desire to make a difference in conservation efforts. We first crossed paths through previous conservation work, each of us bringing unique skills and experiences to the table. What united us was a deep, like-minded passion for protecting Africa’s endangered species and preserving the natural environments that sustain them. As we collaborated, it became clear that our collective vision could create something greater—a dedicated platform to support conservation projects and initiatives that align with our values. It was this powerful combination of experience, passion, and shared purpose that led to the founding of Scales Conservation Fund.
Together, we believe in the power of collaboration and accountability, ensuring that every effort we make has a meaningful and lasting impact. Our fund exists to empower conservation organizations on the ground, enabling them to thrive and continue their vital work.
